Dear Subscribers and 100 Club Members,
16th Street Theater undertook a project to upgrade our ticketing system. Our new software makes it possible for you to redeem your subscription tickets without worrying about a redemption code. Once you are logged in to your account (simply through your email address), when you “purchase” tickets for a show in your subscription series, our software knows not to charge you.
We are learning this new software along with you, so please let us know any issues you have by emailing Malcolm at boxoffice(at)16thstreettheater(dot)org. We welcome feedback too!
