MEGHAN E. HEALEY is a designer based in NYC who specializes in new plays and experimental work. Her most recent work includes production design for Bundle of Sticks (INTAR NYC), costumes for peh-LO-tah by Marc Bamuthi Joseph (YBCA, BAM, The Kennedy Center), MR. BURNS: A POST-ELECTRIC PLAY at the Wilma Theater (Barrymore nomination), WE ARE PROUD… for Woolly Mammoth Theater, and NATIVE NATION (ASU Gammage Center/Cornerstone Theater). She has designed costumes and scenery for more than 75 world premiere productions, from playwrights such as Larissa Fasthorse, Octavio Solis, Eduardo Machado, Lars Noren, Jose Cruz Gonzalez, Andrea Thome, Clive Barker, Michael John Garcés, Najla Said, Nilaja Sun, Rob Handel, Jose Rivera, and Adam Krarr, among others. She received her MFA in Design from NYU’s Tisch School, and teaches costume and scenic design at Queens College CUNY where she is chair of the Department of Drama, Theater, and Dance.
