MIRANDA ZOLA is thrilled to be making her 16th Street Theater debut. Miranda is an ensemble member at the Artistic Home Theater where she recently appeared as Madame Elizabeth in Look Homeward Angel. Other roles with Artistic Home include Mrs. Tancred in Juno and the Paycock, Constance in The Madwoman of Chaillot, Shirley in Street Scene (the extension), Elsie in After the Fall, and multiple roles in Peer Gynt, among others. Elsewhere, favorite roles include Arlene in Getting Out, Maria in Twelfth Night, Catherine in Waiting for the Parade, and Dot in Ladyhouse Blues. In Chicago she has worked with Next Theatre Company, Hi-Volt Theater Company, Center Stage Theatre, and Improv-Olympics, and was a member of the improv group Cooler by the Lake. An avid rock-climber, when not working on a show Miranda can often be found working on her crimps at the climbing gym or at the crags of Devil’s Lake or the Red River Gorge.
