Board President and Artistic Associate
Patrick T Murphy
Patrick T Murphy first began working with the 16th Street Theater by stage managing the 2010 production of Robert Koon’s Menorca. Since then he has fallen head over heels for 16th Street Theater, continuing on to stage manage productions such as The Beats, Our Dad Is in Atlantis, and Our Holiday Stories, as well as outreach performances of Unveiled and Fires on the Mirror. In 2012, Patrick joined the theater’s board of directors and was elected to serve as the nonprofit’s President of the board, a position for which he feels blessed and humbled. Patrick earned his Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Loyola University Chicago and is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Nonprofit Management at Spertus College. Patrick currently works in fundraising and communications for the Midwest Augustinians, a Catholic religious order serving the Midwestern United States, Canada, and Northern Peru.
